PaceMaster ProElite Treadmill in excellent condition and all programming functions work great. Original owner bought new about 13 years ago and it has been well maintained. Marathon runner recommended it when we bought it new. The manufacturer replaced motherboard (recall) under warranty at 2 years old and never had any problems with it before or after replacement. Disassembles easily. Recently moved to the area and I just relubed the belt platform before we moved, however we don't have room since it's not foldable or we would keep it. Please read the online review below.

    Online review:

PaceMaster ProElite is a treadmill designed for joggers/runners, featuring VariFlex adjustable shock absorption system and Tri-Flex low impact cushioning system. In other words, some work has been put into this machine to make it easy on the runner's joints. Of course, you can walk on it as well. Priced around $1,900, ProElite is the highest end of home use treadmills made in the PaceMaster line. The dimensions are 72" long, 30.5" wide, and 50" high. The machine is relatively light-weight, only 190 pounds. The maximum user weight allowed is 350 pounds. While we are still on dimensions, let me mention the belt size: 20 inches wide and 58 inches long. This is a very good length that will suit taller people with longer stride, and good width that will not have you worry about tripping and stepping over the sides. The console has two bottle holders and a display.

The display can be a little confusing at first, but once you learn what's what you will enjoy its many features. The window in the center shows you your program profile and a quarter mile track. As you exercise, you can watch your progress around that track.

Separate windows show you your time, distance, speed, incline, aerobic points, and calories burned. The usual Up and Down buttons for speed and incline are there as well. The machine has 9 workout programs, each one with 9 levels of difficulty, and 4 heart rate workouts. The programs will automatically change the speed and incline for you as you go, each one in its own way. As usual, they start slow and easy and then gradually increase the difficulty. The Quick Start and Manual options are also available, allowing you to just start the machine and go, choosing your own settings.

ProElite also has what is called "Personal Electronic Trainer" that lets you program your own workouts. For example, if you want to walk for 3 minutes with the 4 mph speed and zero incline, then run for 10 minutes with 7 mph speed, then walk again, you set it all up, and the machine will do the routine for you, automatically changing the settings as you go. The speed range is from 7 to 12 mph; incline from zero to 15%. ProElite comes with a 5 year motor warranty, 3 years parts warranty, 1 year labor, and lifetime frame warranty. The machine is not foldable. treadmillpic.jpg
