I've been in and out of physical therapy for about 5 years now with hip issues and finally a full hip replacement. I've had more bad therapists than good around here and the good ones I know have all gone to private in home care. My best advice is to be honest with yourself after each therapy visit. You should be seeing steady progress on each visit and if you are not there is something wrong with what they are doing so seek out a different therapist or find a new practice. Due to insurance issues with getting physical therapy visits I'm now going to United Wellness Center in Herndon for my therapy and I am happy with the care. It's a chiropractor not a physical therapist and I was referred to them by my orthopedist when physical therapy was not working out.

AID Performance Physical Therapy is great! They are located in the Ryan Park Center between Panera and Home Depot. I have been to them for a few different issues over the years and they are very effective. Address is 43490 Yukon Drive #100 Ashburn, VA . Phone 703-723-6758. They also offer dry needling there.

State of the Art Physical Therapy in Ashburn. Art Bronsord has treated me for knee and shoulder issues and they have been great. They are located at 20098 Ashbrook Place in Ashburn which is in the Village close to Route 7. The phone number is 703-723-5225. If you do go for a consultation make sure you see Art who is the owner.

If you find yourself needing to look outside of Ashburn/Lansdowne I highly recommend Virginia Therapy and Fitness Center. I've seen Rich.
