Taking my two girls ages 8 and 10 to Savannah in a few weeks. Any recommendations for family friendly activities? Or great restaurant recommendations? I've never been and looking for things I would enjoy as well as the kids.

Not sure how you or your girls feel about guns and bombs, but the Mighty 8th Air Force museum there is pretty cool. The Mighty 8th was a bomber group that operated out of England in WWII. They have a pretty interactive setup like you're a bomber crew doing a mission briefing in a Quonset hut looking at the map of Germany and then go into a theater that simulates your viewpoint from the plane on the mission. They had a turret .50cal machine gun for the kids to shoot at the approaching German fighters and stuff like that. I thought it was pretty cool, but then I have two boys and they love that sort of stuff. :)
