    Update: 4/24/2019

Construction still continues in Phase 2, and the HOA Board of Directors are waiting on an update expected by close of business Friday 4/26 with information about service activation for Phase 2 and Phase 3, which is reported to be closely behind Phase 2. The Southern Walk Board of Directors are aware that OpenBand has sent another letter advising customers of their VIDEO service de-activation on June 1st, 2019. The Board of Directors are monitoring the situation closely.

Phase 2 Construction is nearing final stages. There were a couple delays in this phase due to various technical difficulties.

It is possible that the Phase 2 addresses (274) will be announced within 10 days and ready to order service.

As previously reported the rest of the neighborhood is an active FiOS Construction zone and residents on top of the hill on Ridgeway (and feeder cul-de-sacs) and Village Dr (and feeder cul-de-sacs along the eastern side of Village Dr) will see easement construction and trenching to bring the FiOS drop to the homes.

Verizon still has a stated goal of completing the wiring to Phases 3 and 4 by the end of May.

And what about phases 3 and 4? Will they be done before the end of May (i.e., before Openband cuts off tv)?
