Young couple looking to rent their first place together

My fiance and I are getting married in August and need a place to live around that time. We are 24. I work for Loudoun County Public Schools in Special Education and he is a cook at Clyde's in Ashburn. Housing in NOVA is very expensive and we are just starting out our lives so we need something affordable. We have had a heck of a time trying to find somewhere to live in NOVA!

We do not want to have roommates, though we would consider living in a basement of a house with a separate entrance and its own kitchen/bathroom. I have heard of some people in the area doing this so I figured this might be a good place to post. Also, if you have any leads or know any landlords please let us know.

My fiance and I are both hard workers--college grads who are just trying to get started in their lives. We're quiet and tend to be gone a lot due to work. We have fantastic credit and would be open to credit checks. Please, if you could help this young couple get started we would be so appreciative!

We can work with you on price depending on what utilities are paid, etc...let's talk! I would even be willing to provide childcare to work with you on rent. Let us know.
