From the Washington Beltway: Take the Dulles Toll Road (Route 267) west towards Leesburg, VA … Continue on Rt 267 through toll plaza to Dulles Greenway … Exit at Claiborne Parkway (exit 5).  Turn left on Claiborne and proceed to second traffic light at Waxpool Rd.  Turn right on Waxpool and proceed one block to Hillside Park on left.

Parking is Limited: Please walk if possible. Parking is available past the tennis courts, on Lefevre Drive, at the Broadlands Community Center (cross under Waxpool through tunnel), Eagle Ridge Middle School, and Our Savior’s Way Lutheran Church.  Parking in the front lot is reserved for handicapped, sponsors, vendors, and band members. TOWING ENFORCED.  Please do not park at the KinderCare.

Bring your own picnic or keep it simple and support our local food vendors.

Beverages

BYOB, bring your own beverages! You may bring alcohol but it must be consumed within our fenced-in Beer Garden. You have the option to purchase non-alcoholic beverages from one of our food vendors. 

• For safety reasons, NO GLASS bottles or containers permitted. 
• If you intend to drink alcohol, whether you are 21 or 81, YOU MUST SHOW ID to receive a wrist band – no exceptions.

2025 will be our 21st season and we are excited to offer a fun outdoor entertainment opportunity that is both family and budget-friendly.  This free BYOB concert series takes place at Hillside Park in the beautiful Broadlands Community and is held on the first Friday of each month in August, September, and October. Broadlands Live! focuses on building relationships between local businesses and their customer base in a fun, low-pressure, interactive atmosphere. A variety of sponsorships are available to suit any organization’s budget to align themselves with one of the most popular events in Ashburn and receive valuable appreciation as a community supporter. Please review the following list of rules and regulations for Broadlands Live!  These are set forth to make these events safe and legal for all attendees.

Alcoholic Beverages

• BYOB – You must be 21 to consume alcoholic beverages.  Proper I.D. must be presented.
• No alcoholic beverages may be consumed outside of the Broadlands Live! Beer Garden Area.
• No glass containers or drinking from glassware is permitted.
• Please drink responsibly.

 Other Rules

• No pets are allowed at Broadlands Live!
• No skating or biking is allowed on the grounds.
• Absolutely no solicitation is allowed at Broadlands Live! without prior approval from Broadlands Live! committee. This includes charities, politics, organizations, etc.

Broadlands Live! is an exceptional concert series that aims to provide a cultural and entertaining experience for the residents of Broadlands. This amazing not-for-profit event is run by a dedicated committee along with the HOA staff, and it is financially supported by the Broadlands Homeowners Association and local business sponsors. The annual summer live music series features some of the most talented bands from all over the DC Metro area, as well as from the local neighborhood. The best part is that the concerts are entirely free for the Broadlands residents and their guests. The committee chairperson is always available to answer any questions you may have about the event.
