      I live on Huntsman Square. The first set of townhomes (5) were completed at the end of October 1998 and early November. Soon after driveways started falling apart. Two of us want to blacktop. Can we?

        Your user account is fine - it must be something in your browser/PC that is blocking/interfering with the editor's functionality. I would first look for any add-ons you have installed in your browser, even try with a different browser, or try a different machine. You can also try using the basic editor (click on the button at the far right in the editor menu bar).

        Perfect, thank you! I switched to a new browser and looks like I can now post and see additional content such as the editor menu which wasn't visible before.
