Luxury Suite (4p) in Ocean Beach Club Hotel.

This is our timeshare ( 06/08 - 06/15 only) that we can't use this year.
The luxury suite is within Ocean Beach Club Hotel(opened 2005), 19 floors, Five Star resort right on the beach (http://www.theoceanbeachclub.com).
It's located at the north end of the beach, next to the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

GREAT PRICE:
The official hotel rate for a ONE bedroom suite is ~$265/per night for the same week, plus TAX.
Adjacent Hilton Hotel room rate: ~$420/per night, only one bedroom, no kitchen, no living room, no dining area.

Details of the suite:
One bedroom (Queen size bed), one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with pullout sofa bed.
Maximum sleeping capacity: 4 adults. Total living space of the suite is about 615 square feet.
Other features: 2 TVs (plasma TV in living room), high speed Internet access, Jacuzzi Tub in master bath. A new set of sheets and two new set of towels are provided for each week.
Baby cribs can be provided at no cost upon request.
