After School Care options

    Any suggestions for after school care that doesnt break the bank or an in-home service?

    Open Arms I think is the best in the area, for what I would call standard care. Great facility, teachers, activities, transportation, security... all very good and the price is reasonable.

    I think many of the Martial Arts places around here are a testament to how popular they are. These places seem to have good programs too at a reasonable price, but they vary in fees and other costs. CASA, through the Parks and Recreation is cheap and convenient because it keeps the kids at school (Mill Run). But this does not work for all kids personalities or social needs.

    Mostly depends upon your priorities as it relates to activities, security, transportation...and cost.
