Ashburn Pilates - Rave!

Wanted to share the pilates studio I've been going to for 6 years now on and off and in between having kids. http://www.ashburnpilates.com/. They have lots of openings available especially in their morning 10am classes which are great for SAHM's with kids in school. They have a winter special going on where the morning classes are only 10 bucks a piece, which is amazing. If you know pilates, you know it's very pricey.

It's a small local business and the studio is beautiful, comfortable and there are only 2 instructors so you'll always see a friendly face. I encourage you to try it out. They are so very flexible with class makeups if you have a traveling spouse or sick child or for weather. Personalized small group attention. It's done amazing things to keep my back in line (and whittle away the middle for summer).

You can jump in to try a sample class anytime, don't worry about the session dates on the website.
