    Hi Everyone -- Happy New Year! 2020 was unforgettable. The Broadlands and Southern Walk real estate market continues to be desirable and homes are selling in just a few days. It is extremely important to work with someone who knows how to buy and sell homes in Broadlands. I live minutes away and my three sons go to Mill Run, Eagle Ridge and Briar Woods.

    In 2020 alone I have helped buyers and sellers on Engleside Drive, Milford Drive, Cattail Meadows Place, Sandhurst Court, Small Branch Place, and Highgrove Terrace. I really enjoy helping neighbors in my community.
