Just trying to satisfy my curiosity - The houses on Glebe View south of Truro Parish seem to be called "The Overlook at Broadlands". However, on some maps (and on the internet) the neighborhood seems to be referred to as "Belmont Bluff". Assume this area was a later addition to Broadlands, but what is the correct name or are neither used anymore?

That section was originally zoned as a separate neighborhood called “Belmont Bluff.” That Developer later sold it to the Broadlands Developer, TerraBrook, who then annexed it into Broadlands and called that section “Overlook at Broadlands.”
The Developer tends to give new sections its own name for marketing purposes. In the end, few of those names ever stick around or are used.

Maybe someday the Southern Walk won't be a distinction of dubious merits.
