Broadlands Station Condos

    Saw these noted on the main Broadlands site, but no info. Does someone know where they will be located?

    They will be located on Waxpool Rd immediately on the right after you cross the Greenway as if you are leaving Broadlands.
    More specifically it is the section between the Silo Creek Apts and the Greenway.

    Thanks, Staci. Just looked at the site plan. Did not even realize that section was part of Broadlands. It was noted as office / retail but guess they got it rezoned.

    Last I heard they were still in the process of getting it rezoned. Van Metre made a presentation to the HOA board a few months ago prior to starting the process as the HOA will be getting another community building. The original proposal had a very small apt size pool as part of the plan that the board asked to have removed in exchange for a bigger building and exercise/fitness room.

    If built, they will now be townhouses, not condos.

    Are you saying that with this the HOA will take ownership of a fitness facility for the broadlands?

    I would not call it a fitness facility rather a fitness room. Think hotel gym size, but yes the HOA will have a fitness room when and if this section is rezoned. Also we will not be getting the building until the majority of the section is built out so it is still many years away.
