I posted a similar message as a reply to different post, but I am also posting it here so it doesnt get lost/buried.

    PLEASE VOTE!!

If you dont vote - it counts as a NO!

These mailor ballots are relatively small and are easy to miss - we have been on the lookout for them, and we still accidently threw it away!

If you dont have your Ballot by next week, please reach out to the HOA or Loudoun.gov and they can assist.

    BUT PLEASE VOTE!!

These are Speed HUMPS, not BUMPS...if you drive the posted speed limit, you will barely notice going over them.

    - There is NO evidence that Speed Humps cause damage/early wear to cars
    - There is NO evidence that Speed Humps cause brake dust to spew into the air which causes health risks

Both of these arguments I have heard as negatives of adding speed humps. Both of these arguments are not true.

    - There IS evidence that Speed Humps save lives by slowing traffic around schools/in communities with small children.

But we wont get them if you dont vote...so PLEASE VOTE!!

Here are instructions if you cannot find your ballot:

... if you have misplaced or did not receive your postcard, you may request your ID number via email.

Requests must be submitted before November 30th to dept-tci-rtmballot@loudoun.gov and must include full name and address, and may include phone.
