Chewy pet supply orders

So I've started to use Chewy's for pet supplies and I know they are probably overwhelmed with the Chinese Flu / Virus thing going on. I read on their site that it's 7 to 10 days for shipping. Is anyone else getting stuff in the same time period? How long have your orders been taking. I'm just curious, I want to use this but I need to gather enough info so I can plan accordingly. Got two new cats that expect to be feed on time.

They are having significant shipping delays with their various products especially food. I ordered some supplies and it did take 10 days before it showed up with no confirmation. When I contacted them they said it would be another 3-4 days and then it showed up on my door later that day. They are just overwhelmed and the shipping companies are not helping. If you need food I would order extra just in case you have some on hand for next time.

 

Chewy's has good prices but if you cannot wait that long, Loyal Companion on Junction Plaza is offering curbside pickups. Unfortunately, their website and actual storefront are not consistent in carrying the same brands, products, etc. Last time I visited Loyal, the store folks were wearing masks.

 

Thanks for the input. I will just pick some up at the grocery this week. Once the order arrives I will reorder again to give me some breathing room.
