She's the best! My mother-in-law, great-mother-in-law, and sis-in-law all use her in their 3 homes as well! Plus my mom & bro call her when their clients need special pre-sale clean-up help (they are real estate agents).

 

I've tried a few of the services mentioned and had problems with either with reliability or the quality of the cleaning. A neighbor referred me to Blanca Landaverde 703-597-2798. I think she's in Sterling. I've used her for probably two years now and that's a record for me. It seems that most companies do a great job for the first few months and then slack off.

I've been very happy with Blanca. She brings a group of 3 or 4 others and they work efficiently. She's also been easy to deal with if we need to change the schedule. They still do a great job with the cleaning.

 

We have been using Anna Maldonado for a little over a year now. She was recommended to me by a friend who keeps her house ridiculously clean (I could only dream....). We had used many others before her, but she and her staff pays THE most attention to detail to any other service we've used before than I have ever seen! They even organize EVERYTHING--my bathroom cabinents have never been so ordered in their life and once they even folded up all of my husband's clothes in the closet--it looked like a Banana Republic display for a brief moment!
