Comcast Outage (merged)

My service is back and seems better than ever! This afternoon I noticed a Comcast truck working on one of those big boxes on the corner (not directly in front of my house) and I walked over to find out what he was working on. He was replacing something, claiming it was just maintenance. Miraculousy right after he pulled away, my phone, internet, and HD were working again. The TV signal seems better than before. Not 30 minutes later I received a call from the Comcast Tech, who was on his way to my house and he asks "so what is the problem with your service". It's funny he called my home phone when I told Comcast yesterday that my phone service wasn't even working. Anyway, I told him about the other Comcast guy and said it's all fixed..."Oh okay, glad to hear it's working now" Don't these people communicate with each other?

At least I'm back online and could watch the "Hell's Kitchen" finale in HD...I'm happy for now, but Comcast is losing my business to Verizon in the very near future.
