Dead deer in Broadlands Landscaping

    Today on the walking path along Claiborne Parkway I noticed a dead deer in the patch of day-lilies along Claiborne parkway. Does anyone know who would be able to have this removed? Is it a Loudoun County service, or the responsibility of the Broadlands HOA? Thought it might be a good idea to have it removed before the vultures get to it.
    It's located in the planting bed along Claiborne Parkway (southbound) between Waxpool Road and Wells Way (the one closer to Wells). Thanks.
