The Mission Integration business Unit (MIBU) has an opening for a Deputy Manager for Field Support and O&M for a large development, deployment and maintenance program.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The responsibilities for the Deputy Manager for Field Support and O&M include the following:
o Developing schedules, tasks, and teams for deployment
o Developing and maintaining a holistic knowledge of how program operates in each country
o Helping manage a team of deployers and desk officers
o Overseeing deployment preparation, execution and follow up
o Overseeing O&M task to support fielded system
o Providing feedback to customer on fielded system performance
o Working with host nation’s and USG’S POCs in field
o Reading, putting into context and responding to cable traffic

The successful candidate must have the ability to grasp technical concepts and manage technical staff and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively – written and orally.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Must possess an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

REQ EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or higher; prior project experience required, at least 5+ years experience working on projects or programs, with at least 2 years of successful task lead. Five additional years of experience can be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
