Dulles Greenway Toll Increase Public Hearing – Jan 9

    REMINDER! The SCC will hold a public hearing tonight, January 9th starting at 6 pm to receive comments on the application submitted by the owner of the Dulles Greenway to increase the toll rates by 40% during peak hours and 22% during other times. The public hearing will be held in South Riding at Freedom High School in the auditorium, 25450 Riding Center Drive, Chantilly. The hearing will be from 6 pm to 10 pm. READ MORE>>

    Just drove from DCA to Broadlands in the light snow. The worst surface award goes to your very expensive Dulles Greenway, treacherous in spots, the outer and inner lanes have accumulating snow on them.

    We are being fleeced!

    I am sure they are not making the $$$$ like they used to since the development of many more roads in Loudoun now.
    I would imagine they are counting on mostly commuters further west. Even to go to the airport you can make a quick trip from other roads.
    We rarely use the greenway now.
