    I thought the bullying was coming from the principal? Things havent changed? There should be a school dance...

    As the parent of a 7th grader, I am perfectly fine with the absence of a school dance at Eagle Ridge. The kids grow up fast enough as it is and they don't need added social pressures placed upon them.

    They also have a new principal this year so I wouldn't tar him with whatever the last principal may have done. I will say that I did not feel as if I was treated respectfully by her when I had to go in to see her last year. So far, I have had very pleasant interactions with the new principal and I wish him well in his new job.

    Not a big issue as far as I'm concerned. I'm sure the school has bigger fish to fry.

    I heard Farmwell has tater tots on Tuesdays and Eagle Ridge has to wait until Thursday to have them. Let's start to riot!! (This is a joke!)

    They've had dances in the past and literally no one came. Dances in middle school = waste of time = waste of resources. And I agree with everyone else--the new principal is amazing and on top of things. I wouldn't bother him right now either.
