Does anyone know if it would be advisable to make dinner reservations for Friday December 14. It's my wife's birthday and I am taking her out to dinner, and after sampling some of the foor at the Kaos HHH, I want to take her there.

Entree Vous is not a restaurant. It is a make your own dinner place. You set up a time go in put your ingredients together and then take it home freeze it until the day you wnat to make it. Here is their website hope that helps

it would be a pretty cool date night to go prep some food together. my neighbors do it- you get your hands in the ingredients together... cooking is a very sensual thing!!

my family went last Wed. to make dinners prior to my ankle surgery. it's an unorthodox date night, BUT- it could be fun for you and your wife to make the meals together, enjoy a glass of wine, then hit a nice restaurant afterwards! Medittranean Breeze is just down the road a bit and is quite good (if you are trying to stay close to home...))

By the way I have to review some recent EV meals: (be forgiving of my sp and grammar- I'm on Dilaudid!!!)

Shepherd's Pie- so flavorful! Thje peas and carrots pop with flavor, and the crunchy mixture on top of the potatoes is an original finish to an already delicious meal. Perfect fall food- very tasty and comforting! throw a cold bark beer on the side and you have the perfect meal for a cold night.

Beef Gorgonzola Roulade- I love it b/c I would never think to make this myself. Cooking it to 165 degrees, as EV suggests, makes it medium-med. well, and simply fabulous with a good pinot noir. The flavors are so distinct- gorgonzola cheese, fresh spinach and roasted red peppers- not to mention that the meat was fork tender and simply melted in my mouth. DEfinitely a dish I would share with friends who appreciate a great meal.

My 9 year old had a blast preparing the meals, and Jackie and Patrick were wonderful. Cliff- I would ask the missus if she'd be into doing EV before a nice meal- maybe surprise her with a favorite bottle of wine or champagne while you cook together!
