If you live on Highview Trail Place, your first name is Dan, and you are supposed to be receiving a copy of the subject magazine, please PM me. We received a copy of the magazine today with our address, but somebody else's name and we know we didn't order the magazine.

That's what we thought, that Dan has a different last name.

Dan could be the kid. We did an ESPN fundraiser and ordered the mag in our son's name...

You could print up some flyers and put them in the newspaper section of your neighbors mailboxes.

could the HOA office contact Dan if you call them with his last name? no privacy violated, and he can get his precious sports mag and change the address on his subscription... :)

Nope...the son has a complete different name.

I'll call the office tomorrow and see who it might be.

Did you try contacting the magazine? It's possible he provided a phone number or email address when he completed his subscription form and they could contact him for the correct address.

Okay - HOA didn't have anyone listed by the name as a resident here. Called the magazine and they didn't have any information other than the agency's name that is was ordered through. So, my good efforts are done. If this "Dan Levin" exists somewhere - your magazine has been suspended and you'll have to call the agency to correct the address! Sorry!

Maxim started being delivered to our son without him signing up for it. Turned out Electronic Gaming Monthly stopped publishing and the publisher decided Maxim would be a good replacement. Two magazines were delivered before the letter of explaination.
