Still searching for the right fit for my family. Wondering if anyone has info (pos or neg) about these two practices. Thanks!

I have no experience with Whole Child, but I can tell you my husband used to go to INOVA Med Group. The doctors were fine but the office staff drove me nuts. They just weren't as responsive as I know others are, so he changed to Broadlands Family Practice, where I've been going for almost 10 years. We love them.

We really like Whole Child Pediatrics and we were referred to them by a friend of ours. Very small practice and cozy! None of that LARGE practice that shuffles kids along. Very warm and personable doctors. We like them a lot for our daughter. They have two separate rooms...One for sick kids and other for healthy ones. Smart move.

We've been with Whole Child Pediatrics for 13 years. Loved them for many years - now not so much. We dont' really know the doctors now (all of our favorites have left) so I can't speak to that. Unfortunately they lost my son's medical records - all of them!! They insist it's not lost but they "just can't find it right now". (It's been over a year we don't have them). My son needed his shot records which we now don't have. They don't seem to feel it's such a big deal. We were able to re-create at least part of his records by getting what the school had (which wasn't all of them), but it's still very frustrating having to run around digging it up, explaining why we didn't have the shot records, etc. We were especially frustrated by their "this isn't a big deal" attitude.
