Fios TV account question

    I'm finally getting fios tv after a disastrous week with Dish, but noticed something strange on my installation appointment. Everything associated with my account says "Brambleton HOA" instead of Broadlands or Southern Walk. On my tv channel list it even has a Brambleton Community Access channel.

    Is that the same for everyone or is my account screwed up? Thanks!

    You should call them at the number you ordered the service from and make sure they understand you live in Southern Walk HOA and adjust your account accordingly. They may even charge you for the set-up since you didn't install TV at the time you had your broadband internet installed. The offer for free installation of TV or phone at the time internet installed was an agreement in the contact and posted in their Southern Walk promotional material posted last summer at swhoab.com.

    The SWHOA does not have any contract for TV service other than discounted pricing over their franchisee rates. Not a mind-blowing deal but somewhat customizable.

    An honest opinion, I've been very happy with my Fios TV.
