    GREAT PLACE
The luxury suite is within Ocean Beach Club Hotel, a 19 floors beach front resort right on the Virginia beach (http://www.vboceanbeachclub.com).

    GREAT VALUE (No tax):
    Unit A (Studio, Sleeps 2)
One bedroom with queen bed, one bath studio, TV, a mini kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator
$395 (06/06 to 06/10). The best online price I could find is $150/per night.

    Unit B (Suite, Sleeps 4)
One queen bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with queen pullout sofa bed. Jacuzzi Tub in master bath. Baby cribs can be provided at no cost upon request. Plasma TV in living room. Free parking.

$1000 for the whole week (06/03 to 06/10). Partial week stay with minimum 3 nights ($159/night for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and Sunday, $179/night for Friday, Saturday)
The comparable property rate is $220/night or above.

Unit A and B can be combined into a bigger Suite (Sleeps 6).

If interested, please call us at 571-246-2035 or send an email to xmz_us@yahoo.com
Otherwise, please let your friends know about this deal.

This is our time share in a resort hotel. Reservation can be confirmed with the hotel. In the past years, a few Broadlands families were able to enjoy it.

on a side note, I am sure you are aware that these properties have been purchased by Diamond Resorts International? I own one unit in the same building and another in the Oceanaire building. I did not convert my deeded weeks to their vacation club points and if you want more information from concerned owners look for the Gold Key owners group on Facebook.
