We did a significant upgrade to the forum tonight which has impacted some of the things you see on the site. To help you with the changes, here's a list of new stuff...

New Text Editor - The editor has been updated, most of the functionality is the same with two significant updates

New Smiley button - hit the button and see all the smile GIFs and integrate them easily

Automatic Saving of drafts - every 60 seconds your post will automatically be saved. If for some reason you lose your connection/browser, returning to the same thread will show your draft message for you to continue! You can also use the disk icon to manually save a draft

Drag and Drop of files - if your browser supports it, you can upload attachments by just dragging into the text window!

Pasting of Images - Simpler way to do attachments.. you can paste an image from your clipboard into the text window

New Design on Mobile/Tablets - The way we adapt the site for viewing on smaller screens has been changed and the new system allows the site on the smaller screen to stay as true as possible to the full screen experience. This includes the text editor and more.

Minor style changes - The new defaults for the forum have changed some of the text sizes and where some things appear on the mobile versions. We will evaluate the new views, and adapt if necessary. Please let us hear your feedback!

Changes to Post Editing - You will now see details at the bottom of a post for when it's been edited outside the initial 5 minute window. We will follow up with more edit details shortly..
