Fosters Grille - Closed?

It's kind of like if a tree falls in the forest and nobody is around......Seriously, does anyone still go that dump? Bartenders change like clockwork, the owner knows nothing about the restaurant business, etc.

 

We went there only because we had a restaurant.com coupon -- it still stunk I'm surprised they're still around.

 

When this place opened, I got to know the owners. Good guys. They weren't happy when Red Robin opened, but that kind of strip mall cannibalism seems to be an Ashburn calling card (see Cafe Opera vs. Happy Chopsticks).

With that being said, putting a sign on the door to tell the employees that the restaurant is closed is very weak. And if I every make it to the Chantilly store or one of the other stores they own, I'll have no problems telling them that.

 

Seriously... Do they have that many employees that they can't sit down one night and make some phone calls? Or maybe at the very least emails or letters?
Sucks.
