HOA Question Garage exhaust fan - need approval by HOA????

    Since they change the appearance of your doors, I would expect some scrutiny and doing a Mod Application would cover you for future concerns.

    My opinon only.. I'm not a Mod committee person :)

    Yes, you will need to submit an application as you will be modifying the exterior of the garage door.

    Hmmmm. I would be wary of this concept. This may work in the evening after the temperature outside has dropped but in the heat of the day the garage will tend to be cooler due to thermal lag so where is the cooler air coming from? Granted the air exchange will help with other things like exhaust but humidity will tend to equalize with the fans.
