HOA asssitance?

    Multiple house issue: Our front yards bump up against the HOA maintained sidewalk. Years of eroison have tilted the sidewalk so that it now does not allow water to properly run off when it rains, causing water too pool in all of our yards. We've received estimates from several contractors to fix the erosion/drainage problems in our yards, but all of the contractors have said the same thing "dont fix your yards until the sidewalk gets fixed". My question to the collective knowledge of the Broadlands HOA forum: Is this worth pursuin with the HOA?
