Wanted House to Buy in Broadlands

    We are looking to purchase a single family home in Broadlands. If anyone is looking to sell anytime soon, please PM me. We would like to find one before it goes on the market. Please pass this on to any friends and neighbors in the area.

    We are looking for:
    - 4 bedrooms
    - Office on main level (or a living room that could easily be converted to an office with a door)

    I'd be interesting what price range you get quoted for this...I've been discussing with my wife about upgrading in the next year or so.

    You can sign up for a service that sends you updates when houses become available, change in price, etc.
    It's awesome, it's free, you control how many noticifications you get, and there is no spam at all. BUT, you have to give me your email and then I give you a special login password. It's my mom & brother's service for their clients...(they are realtors...Remax... www.joeknowsva.com)
    Anyway- if anyone wants the updates just email me or give me a quick call and I'll sign you onto it. I highly recommend it is you are thinking about houses- it basically gives you access to the MLS!!!

    I am getting ready to sell my house in the Broadlands, and it meets your requirements! 4 br upstairs and an office on the main level, finished basement too :) Let me know if you are interested in looking!

    I have a great 5beds/4.5baths w main floor office on a quiet cul-de-sac going on the market soon. It has about 4300 sq ft and is very nice. Let me know if you want a sneak peek before it is seen by everyone.

    That is the one I'm listing. It is a Miller&Smith expanded Remington Model. Lot's of upgrades, very nice.
