How many total acres is Broadlands?

    I was just looking up Moorefield Station and it says it isa total of 606 acres. Does anyone know exactly how many total acres Broadlands consists of? It is fascinating that the build out of Moorefield will be 20-30 years!

    Something like 1,500 acres- that's a rough number.

    The buildout is projected to take so long because of the type of development it is. There will be around 15 15-20 story residential towers, all built around the central hub that has a train station. None of the high-rise work can begin until the metro gets out here. Then it will take awhile to generate the population demand for that type of living.
