hello friends..i am so looking forward to serving you all in the capacity of children's yoga instructor and also teen daughter/mom yoga instructor.... I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU DIRECTLY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING A 6 WK. YOGA CLASS for women only..at the Community Center or Nature Center? this is an INTEREST ONLY request ... no obligation...

many have kindly welcomed me and will be attending the various demos and registering in advance for classes however..i am receiving many..many requests regarding a LADIES YOGA CLASS in the evenings...

i understand you all used to have one at the Nature center...

i have a very "stress-RELEASE" class ecclectically woven with yoga..pilates..movement..intuitive work..chakra stuff...a bit of belly dance -like warm up..that quite by "happenstance" came about and was adored!

it would be very cool to propose to launch this type of program for all of you gals.. to the powers that be... along with a list of residents who want yoga! sooo if you want it..let me know..and i'll forward you the flier i have ..ifyou provide your email..and we'll get it finely tuned to meet your needs. ( flier has "what are your expectations" survey attached in order to customize classes)

thanks..hope to share with you all the gift that was shared with me and resulted in an over 100 lb! weight loss... a type A personality demoted to a B ish and lots of tools to resource when necessary!
