I’ve noticed an increasing number of kids riding motorbikes very fast on the paths. Is this allowed/legal? It certainly doesn’t seem safe for those walking having to get out of their way.

Not just the paths.. I've seen very unpredictable / erratic behavior as well. Randomly on the paths, randomly on the street, no regard to following any semblance of rules while on the road etc. This extends not just for kids on the bikes, but also to those on e-scooters as well. This morning there was a girl on an escooter going at a fairly high speed (I assume to school), and no hands on the handlebars, I didnt know that was even possible. She passed me very close, and I shudder to think what would have happened if there was even the slightest amount of contact, especially when she is riding it "hands free"!

I've noticed the same thing on the paths and the streets recently. As of last year, it was my understanding that electric vehicles are prohibited anywhere on HOA property but maybe that has recently changed.

They came up behind me unannounced and almost ran over my dog the other day. On the path between Stone Hollow and Ridgeway.
