Kudos to Suds car wash!

the floor mats for my car have big velcro patches on them that hold them in place. recently when i got my car washed at suds the velcro piece was ripped off the back of the mat, so it didn't hold in place anymore (due in part to the age of the car). i asked them if there was another way to fix it to prevent it from happening again. well, they offered to replace it. the manager called the next day and asked what model car i had, called me when they were ordered and arrived. he has been so professional, and their customer service is great! i just thought i would pass this along because i feel that they truly have gone above and beyond.

 

Is this the one near IHOP? (Is there another in the area?)

Do they do a good job on interiors when they taken them in?

 

yes and yes!

 

Just make sure to turn over your valet and not the whole key ring. Got a little complacent and handed over for a detail, and they were nowhere to be found when I came back to pick up the car. Helluva time replacing all of those keys and fobs. They did take care of it. Thumbs up to the detailing service otherwise though.
