Lansdowne weekend

    We won a free weekend (2 night stay) at Lansdowne and can't use it. It expires Jan 4, 2009. The certificate places the value at $650, and we just posted it on Craigslist for $200.

    The certificate is subject to availability, so you'd need to confirm you can get a reservation before buying it from us.

    It includes taxes and resort fees (another tax) only. Rooms depend on availability which I have since checked and they have vacancies every weekend through the 4th. With this phone call I learned that the $650 value quoted from Lansdowne is inflated and a 2 night weekend stay currently runs around $350-$400 total. Therefore, I've decided to lower the asking price to $150 obo.

    In response to an above post, it is still available.

    We have tried to donate it to a charity representing a good cause, and that may still happen. But time is running out, so if we can sell it to someone who will use it, we'll go that route.
