    -Hello Everyone!

After many requests I have decided to open up another branch of my landscape/hardscape company to now also include lawn mowing. Below I have included pricing information and a few FAQ's. Please feel free to send me an email as I check it often.

Thanks and I look forward to working with you!

    FAQ:
When do you mow? Our crews begin mowing at 7am and finish by dark. We generally arrive around the same time every week unless we add new customers.

What height is my lawn cut? We cut all lawns at 2.5"-3", depending on when we start service. During summer months we may raise our heights 1/2" at our discretion. We will not adjust the cutting height of our mowers between each property.

How many mows per year? Approximately 30 on a weekly schedule.

What if I get my lawn fertilized? If you are a client who gets their lawn fertilized, we require you to sign up for our weekly service due to how quickly your grass will grow. If you are already a weekly client and your lawn is growing so quickly that it needs to be cut more then once a week, we will let you know. We reserve the right to cancel your service if your lawn becomes out of control due to fertilizing.

Do you edge beds? No, we will only edge concrete walks though this service is available dependent upon your landscape.

What about leaves? We do not rake leaves during mowing season. If your lawn is covered with leaves we will mow, mulch and disperse it the best we can with the mower during our regular mowing. We do offer leaf services and will send out information regarding this service to all customers in September.

What if I have a dog or pet? As much as we love pets, they will most likely not like the mowers or having strangers in their yard, so we ask that you keep your pet inside on mowing day. We will not mow in an area where a pet is present. We also ask you to clean up after your pets, we do not expect our employees to mow areas that are full of "doggy surprises".

What if I lock my gate? If you have a gated area, we ask you to use a combination lock and provide us with the combination. If we arrive and cannot access a gated area, we will cut what we can and you will still be charged full price.

What about raining? If its raining buckets, we will reschedule your mow to the following day. If the rain is light, we will mow.

What about damage? Sometimes minor damage is unavoidable. Simply call or send us an email and we will take care of it.

What about bagging? If your lawn is growing so quickly that we have to bag it every week, we will ask you to switch your service to twice weekly until it slows down. We reserve the right to cancel service because of this. Our service does not include bagging lawns however we do offer it at an additional charge.

    *** Referral Program ***

As a special thanks to our loyal customers, we have a referral program to offer. Its a simple way for you to receive$25 OFF your mowing!

    Here's how it works...

For every new customer you refer, who signs up for regular service (weekly or bi-weekly), you will receive $25 OFF a mowing. PLUS the person you referred will receive $5 OFF their first service!

There is no limit to the amount of referrals you can give, so call all your friends and neighbors. With enough referrals, you could very easily have your lawn cut for the entire season for next to nothing!

Just make sure your referral let's us know that you referred them for credit.

    Thanks again!
    Todd

I revised the pricing chart to simplify it and seems to better fit the properties in this area. Depending on your lawn size you'll also get additional savings with this chart. I encourage everyone to take advantage of the referral program as its a great way to save additional money on your mowing service.

Thank you for the emails and please let me know if you have any questions!
    Todd

What is the legend for the chart? Is it feet in thousands or % of an acre? i.e is an 8800 square foot lawn considered:
    - 25% of an acre and the cost is $30 per week
    - or is it .880 and the cost is $60 per week?

The chart is based off the size of your plot / acreage.

Ex: If your property is .27 acres, your price would be $30.
