Looking for house cleaner

Looking for cleaners to do an initial deep clean then every other week. I’ve always worked with independents. Usually a cleaner with 1-2 others to help. I would be open to a company with a solid reputation, reasonable rates, and consistency over time. I think, not sure, $150 for just under 3000 sq feet is “reasonable.” Some old posts mention Sylvia or Bethy. But I don’t want to text a random number without first confirming if either of these cleaners is still available. I would also appreciate any suggestions on who to avoid and why (eg, theft, overpriced, unprofessional, inconsistent, etc). Thanks for any recommendations!

 

I use Luz Vega - 703-624-4844; she also cleans my neighbor and a few other people in our area (near Hillside). Tell her Steven from Golden Autumn Pl referred you. She did an initial clean for I think $200 and now does every other week for $160 for 3k sq feet 3.5 baths. Very reliable and friendly.
