    I am currently taking the bus to/from Capital Hill area from now through the end of 2015. I too have been looking and rideshares do seem rare here. I think it would be worth noting the time you are looking to arrive / depart by.

    Currently Broadlands leave home for work 5:40am /leave work 3:00 for home bound to Broadlands Mom-Fri.
