Luxury Suite in Virginia Beach Front Resort For Rent (06/10 to 06/17, sleeps 4 to 6)

The luxury suite is within Ocean Beach Club Hotel, a 19 floors, FIVE STAR resort right on the beach(http://www.vboceanbeachclub.com, built in 2005).
It's located at the north end of the beach, next to the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Check out the website, you will know you want to spend your time there! This is our timeshare that we can't use this year. In the past, a few Broadlands residents rented from us.

GREAT PRICE (50% saving without including tax saving):
A)
$950 for the whole week
One bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with pullout sofa bed.
Maximum sleeping capacity: 4 adults. Jacuzzi Tub in master bath. Baby cribs can be provided at no cost upon request. Plasma TV in living room, high speed Internet access (with surcharge).

B)
$650 for the whole week
one bedroom/bath studio, sleeps 2 adults, a mini kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator

C)$1500 for the whole week ( A plus B).

The official hotel rate for a One bedroom Studio (option B above) is ~$180/per night plus tax for the same week. One bed room suite (A) is sold out, but I found on expedia the price is $270 per night plus tax.

Resort Amenities: Oceanfront Pools, Indoor pools, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Game Room.
Event: Latin Fest (6/10-11)
