Can anyone recommend Merone's catering? They have a Dulles and Chantilly location. I'm talking to them about catering an event at my house. Looking for genuine (like NY/NJ style) Italian food catering.

    Thanks.

If you haven't already tried Forno- they cater! (their Valentine's menu is up on their Facebook page- FornoAshburn. )

That said, Merone's has provided free lunch for us at CARFAX on several occasions and it's very good. I'd say it's more American Italian cuisine than authentic Italian, but they do what they do quite well.

I hear good things about Pietanza but I haven't tried them yet...

    Hi There,

Just wanted to chime in with a recommendation for Mama Luccis in Leesburg.
We used them for an event last summer for 100 people in our home and were VERY pleased. Carolina was very professional and attentive to our needs. We received lots of compliments on the buffet dinner. Yum!

    Best wishes!
