    Again, a lot of assumptions there.

    As long as he gets a return on his investment that meets his expectations, it's not a bad business decision.

    It's amazing to me that a community like ours spends so much time discussing the why or why not's of this restaurant. The facts are simple, he is coming into our neighborhood, lets be friendly and welcome him. For those that don't like Chinese, or won't try his place, that's cool, but don't tell him he is not welcome.
