    Services are rescheduled for Saturday, November 28th. Please have all bins/containers set out before 6:00am Saturday morning.

    I heard the truck at 0545 coming from Vestals Gap and proceeded to curb my bins when all went silent moments later. Did they change their start time due to a Saturday pick-up?
