    I went back and pulled it out of the recycling to look at your flyer. Nicely done. But to be honest, originally I only looked at the first couple of flyers, saw there weren't any more restaurants and stopped looking through it.

    I'm not sure if I'm reading it incorrectly or if it was a misprint but your first point "you may have any interest in selling your home...." it says "12 month" but should it say "12 months"?
