Is anyone else a little upset that Openband's Video On Demand has not been working for almost a month and there is still no resolution? I put in a ticket almost a month ago and have had to call several times for follow-up. Apparently it's a customer-wide issue. I personally feel this should result in a credit to my account since this is a part of service they should be providing. Maybe I'm the only one who actually still uses Openband for cable/television as opposed to a Dish? Just hoping other homeowners will rally to also receive a credit once they actually get it working again. At this rate, it could be awhile.
