Possible Home for Sale

    We are considering selling our home in Broadlands as simply and quickly as possible. Does anyone have any experience on selling by owner? Our home is in the Overland Park section of Broadlands and we're looking to sell for about $499,000. Single family home, backed up to trees/woods, 3 BR, 2.5 Bath. Any advice would be most appreciated!

    I used FSBO a few years ago. And sold in one day. I hear values went up in this area

    I have noticed a lot of Sales By Owners listed way to low and in most cases the buyers have an agent that they insist you must pay anyway. Why not hire an agent and list it correctly. A good agent will make you money.
