Did anyone notice that there is a new sign 'Restaurant for Lease' board at this location...? I was passing by yesterday, I saw a new board, and the old one 'For Sale' is gone now.

    So, what's coming? Any guess?

Just got back from lunch there. Been open for a week. Had the lunch buffet. Food was excellent, very authentic. On average it is spicier than most Indian restaurants. I love spicy (no Redon, I'm not talking about you!)
Service was excellent and it was pretty crowded.
Nan bread is baked to order by a little man in a glass room in the corner. Delicious!
The buffet was mostly vegetarian, with only two meat entrees.

well i can't say that's the FIRST time I've been called spicy.... lol

I look forward to trying it- PReet Palace was really good too- I eat their food from the Centerville location regularly so hopefully Curry Club is at least as good! I wish them luck.

We went last night and it was very good.

As Cliff mentioned, it is a bit "Redonier" ;) than the other Indian eateries in Ashburn. I liked this as it is certainly more authentic then the typical, scaled-down fare (without asking for spicier) served in NoVa.

We just got back from The Curry Club. It was fantastic. The indoor decor was nice too.

Just drove by and saw a banner in place for a coming-soon addition.

"Shenandoah American Grill" - where the Japanese steakhouse used to be.

Couldn't find anything on the web about it, with the exception of this job posting on Craiglist, http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/fbh/2159136886.html

Probably meant where the Starbucks used to be...but this place wouldn't fit in there either.

THAT corner should be an independent Cafe! Just went to a cool on ein Leesburg- Dolce Coffee- it's EXACTLY what ashburn is missing. we haven't got a single coffee house with personality. Leesburg has Shoes Cup and Cork, now Dolce- there are probably others...

Honestly - Leesburg has a lot more ambience and character. I love living in Ashburn, but lets face it, not much diversity when it comes to coffee places or restaurants. Same old, same old.

Talked to the guy building out the old Preet Palace. He's putting in something called "Pizza Go Round" which he described as a "mini Chuck E. Cheese".
