Seamstress needed for help with Halloween costume

    Hi! My 7-year old daughter is going to dress up as a "Japanese Princess" for Halloween and her costume just arrived. The robe fits, but the sash that goes around her belly and fastens with velcro is just a bit too short in length to fit comfortably. I'm good for sewing on buttons and other quick fixes, but I'm stuck as far as fixing this. Is there anyone who can give us a hand? I will be happy to pay you for your time and effort.
