    djvO13 - I would suggest that you go back and read through this thread for additional details on your general question too but the simple answer is that Verizon is not putting infrastructure in the ground without a contract... it is the SWHOA that is the party to the contract with Verizon... so the terms and conditions and prices for Internet are all part of the contract. You can work with Verizon separately if you want on TV and home phone and they will send you a bill separately for that.

    Verizon and Comcast told the HOA they wouldn't move in without a garunteed contract setup... take that for what you will.

    So is the fiber being run along the southern end of Claiborne related to the Verizon FIOS plan? I see that they have been marking up the streets (Stone Hollow) so that tells me maybe they're headed that way...
