The Southern Walk Board of Directors meeting will be virtually, members subscribed on the Connect Resident Portal will receive an email prior to the meeting with the meeting link.

Any Southern Walk member who wishes to address the board with a question or listen to the public portion of the meeting is encouraged to provide their name, address, and question to info@swhoab.com to ensure the board or the management company is adequately prepared to provide a response at the meeting.

Laura - are you going to create an announcement to cover the e-mail we received this afternoon? I know not many residents read this forum but it seems like a good idea to post the announcement about the new deal and maybe attempt to organize the response?

 

HOA will be looking for volunteers for this effort, knocking doors, distributing brochures, yard signs etc. Can we count on you?

 

Funny... but a great idea. I wonder where that idea came from? I will help, again, like I did last time. I will also try and get other homeowners involved too. Lets do this!

 

Board of directors deliberated and unanimously decided on the course of action. If the motion does not pass again, Board will immediately initiate the dissolution process.
